All aspects of the project, including but not limited to development phasing, pricing, lot dimensions, unit configurations, square footage, amenities, and infrastructure, are preliminary estimates only and may change. The planning, design, location, and construction of ski lifts, ski trails, bridges, and any inter-resort or on-mountain connectivity are subject to change and are contingent upon receipt of all required governmental approvals, permits, and authorizations, including approvals from the Utah Department of Transportation, the United States Forest Service, and the Town of Brian Head.
